How to measure:
- Measure your ironing board top with your existing cover removed.
- Measure the length along the center.
- Measure the width at the widest point.

If you need to wash your cover, the cotton ripstop may soften slightly. This is normal and won't affect performance. Refitting your cover while the fabric is still slightly damp will ease it back into shape as it dries.

100% Cotton Ripstop
Responsive to heat, gentle on fabric, naturally breathable so steam passes through cleanly. The ripstop weave adds structural resilience. A tight grid construction that reduces the risk or tears and prevents them from propagating, even under years of sustained use.
Open Cell Silicone Foam
A premium, industrial grade alternative. Open cell silicone foam maintains its structure, tolerates heat that would degrade conventional foam, and allows steam to move freely throughout the cover. No compressing over time, no crumbling under extreme heat.
100% Polyester Felt
Lines the steel mesh frame, and prevents the diamond perforations from working their way into your clothing. Creates an insulation barrier, trapping the heat in while allowing moisture to escape.
550 Paracord + Locking Toggle
A simple drawstring but not as you know it. Braided nylon 550 Paracord built for load-bearing applications. It's probably overkill, but it holds tension without stretching, fraying, or gradually loosening. A dual button toggle clamps each cord end independently, ensuring secure fit.

Every cover is produced by hand by a team with over 20 years experience producing high quality textiles.
