We back what we make. But if something isn't right, we'll sort it out. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, accidentally order the wrong size, or simply change your mind, we'll refund your original payment method, less the cost of return shipping. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions

To be eligible, your product must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Unused and in its original condition
• In its original, undamaged packaging
  

Items that have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for a change of mind return. 

How to Return

1. Email info@boredhome.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 3 business days with a prepaid Australia Post returns label
3. Pack your product securely in its original packaging and drop it at your nearest Australia Post outlet
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original order value, less the return shipping amount, within 5 business days

How to Exchange

1. Email info@boredhome.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 3 business days with a prepaid Australia Post returns label
3. Pack your product securely in its original packaging and drop it at your nearest Australia Post outlet
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you your original order value, less the return shipping amount
5. Then, simply place a new order for the correct size. To lessen the blow, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your correct size

Faulty Items

If this happens, we'll be mortified, but we'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you're entitled to either a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

How to report a faulty item

Email info@boredhome.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the fault
• Clear photographs of the issue

We'll respond within 3 business days and arrange a resolution.

Scorch Replacement Policy

Accidents happen, even to ironing board covers. If your MELIA cover is accidentally scorched, torn, or stained beyond use, our Scorch Replacement Policy provides 20% off a replacement.
